IT Systems Administrator
The IT Systems Administrator will support the IT on-prem and cloud infrastructure, O365 environment, security, and configuration functions in the organization. Participate in the design, planning, implementation, and production support of all short and long-term strategies related to IT Infrastructure. Ensures alignment of technology and configuration services to the business goals. Must possess a high level of skills in design, development, analysis, and technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Support O365 environment, Exchange, Endpoint Management, Intune, Patching, SFTP, Vulnerability, Network, and Zoom telephony standards and practices.
- Tier 3 support for company-wide infrastructure systems and services. Including but not limited to Windows Servers, WAF Analytics tools, Azure AD/Entra ID, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto FWs, and Zoom telephony solutions.
- Perform production systems including backups, performance tuning, fault resolution, capacity planning and root-cause analysis across multiple sites, platforms & operating systems.
- Participate in after-hours maintenance activities.
- Provision and maintain Azure cloud servers, Virtual Machines, and SQL Databases.
- Conducts routine database server audits to monitor compliance.
- Troubleshoots VM and server service incidents or outages.
- Perform Outlook email discovery searches and O365 user account activity reports.
- Approximately 10% travel
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience supporting large cloud, SaaS, and/or on-premise infrastructures required.
- 3+ years of experience as an infrastructure engineer required.
- 3+ years of experience with Azure or Azure Solutions required.
- 3+ years of experience with 0365, Defender, and Intune management and support required.
- 3+ Years of experience supporting infrastructure operations (i.e. Onboarding, offboarding, patching, network resilience).
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and manage technical projects, including identification of project scope, requirements, deliverables, and coordination of project design and implementation activities.
Knowledge / Competencies:
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, leading and participating in a team environment.
- Strong technical documentation skills.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or similar technical field preferred
