Position Overview World Insurance Associates is seeking a CRM Specialist who is passionate about empowering people through technology. In this role, you are responsible for supporting our CRM strategy and working closely with business stakeholders to drive field education and utilization for our CRM tool. This position will also work closely with sales enablement to utilize Hub Spot data in day-to-day operations. Core Responsibilities
System Administration: Maintain and optimize our CRM environment (HubSpot), including managing user permissions, custom objects, and data architecture.
Data Integrity: Perform regular data cleansing, deduplication, and auditing to ensure a "single source of truth" for all departments.
Reporting & Insights: Design and maintain dashboards that track KPIs such as conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and customer lifetime value.
Sales Team Training & Education:
Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure immediate productivity.
Host regular "Office Hours" and workshops to teach advanced HubSpot features, such as sequences, snippets, and meeting tools.
Develop a library of "How-To" documentation, SOPs, and video tutorials tailored to our specific sales process.
Direct Sales Support:
Act as the "first responder" for sales team technical issues, troubleshooting deal pipeline errors or automation glitches.
Partner with Sales Managers to build custom views, filtered lists, and dashboards that help reps prioritize their daily outreach.
Identify "frictional" points in the sales cycle and implement CRM-based solutions to reduce manual data entry for reps.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in CRM administration or data analysis.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong experience with HubSpot is highly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in Insurance or Financial Services is helpful but not mandatory.
Communication: Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation This position is located in Chicago. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $70,000 to $80,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
