Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Website Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing website projects, with a strong background in HubSpot, SEO, and project management. This role requires a diligent executor who can oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of website projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage website projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • HubSpot Expertise: Utilize HubSpot for website management, including content creation, landing pages, and marketing automation. Ensure seamless integration with other marketing tools and platforms.
  • SEO Optimization: Support implementation and oversee SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings. Collaborate with external SEO agency  and monitor SEO performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, development, and content, to ensure project alignment with business goals. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure websites are functional, user-friendly, and meet design specifications. Address any issues or bugs promptly.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website performance using analytics tools. Provide regular reports on key metrics, user behavior, and project outcomes. Use data to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Website Project Manager or similar role.
  • Expertise in HubSpot, including website management and landing page creation.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and user experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in HubSpot, SEO, or Project Management
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development principles.

This position is located in New Jersey. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75,000 to $85,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
