Position Summary
The Mail Room Associate at World Headquarters in Iselin, NJ is responsible for sending, receiving, and distributing mail, as well as additional administrative duties to support the Iselin Office. This position reports to the Facilities Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for receiving, processing and distribution of World physical and electronic mail as needed
  • Distribute World faxes via the agency management system
  • Manages office machines in connection with IT and Facilities Department
  • Will cover the reception area including phones and administrative duties when needed
  • Performs all other general administrative related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Work experience with customer service responsibilities
  • Computer savvy and proficient in Ms Office including Power Points, Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
  • Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude
  • Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required
  • Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments
  • Sense of urgency and problem-solving skills

Compensation
This position is located in New Jersey. The hourly pay for this position at the time of this posting may range from $15-$17. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
