Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative, hands-on Marketing Technology Specialist to support our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing emails, automations and campaigns for internal and external communications. 
This position will involve collaborating with CMO, VP and copywriters and support projects for Retail and Wholesale Divisions. It will include training on our CRM system, EPIC. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with internal team on marketing communications, planning, scheduling, deploys.
  • Executes email campaigns using various platforms among which Pathway, Outlook, Mailchimp, HubSpot.
  • Designs & develops email content using Stripo, html, Canva.
  • Pulls client lists from EPIC; dedupe, clean and upload in ESP systems
  • Supports digital team with marketing automation and email design/development, drawing on creativity and analytics.
  • Contributes to competitor research and draws competitive intelligence.
  • Assists in execution of marketing plans to reach target audience through identified channels, including list gathering, list cleaning, list management.

Qualifications/Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel, PPT, Outlook.
  • High proficiency in HTML, Javascript, design and development platforms.
  • Excellent written and communications skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new digital tools.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Passion for learning & problem-solving.
     
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
  • This job has the possibility for remote work
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design or web development.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing is preferred.
  • Experience with ESP, CRM and CMS systems is preferred.
  • Copywriting is a plus.
  • Experience in Financial Services or Insurance is a plus.
