Responsibilities:
  1. Investor Communication:
    • Act as the primary contact for investors, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and maintaining open lines of communication.
    • Develop and distribute investor communications, including tax distributions, tax elections, Schedule K-1 packages, and other relevant materials.
    • Organize investor meetings, conference calls, and presentations, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
  2. Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors, fostering trust and confidence in the company's performance and strategic direction.
    • Tailor support and solutions to meet the unique needs and expectations of investors.
  3. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare and analyze financial and operational data to support investor reporting and decision-making.
    • Prepare and review partnership tax allocations for purposes of tax distributions and tracking partnership/partnership capital accounts.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and HR, to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of investor communication and reporting.
  4. Compliance and Governance:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor records and documentation, including subscription agreements, confidentiality agreements, and investor communications.
    • Contribute to the development and enforcement of partner-related policies and procedures.

Qualifications:  
  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field. MS in Tax or CPA designation is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or related roles, preferably in a private equity-backed company or financial services industry.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  4. Relationship-building skills with the ability to interact effectively with investors, executives, and external stakeholders.
  5. Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
