Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a key role in developing and maintaining key analyses and supporting and driving strategic, cross-functional projects within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and extensive experience with Excel, enabling them to analyze complex data sets, provide actionable insights, and contribute to the successful execution of projects. This individual will collaborate with various teams, work closely with stakeholders, and develop business insights that enable leadership to drive growth within the organization.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain complex Excel models and reports.
  • Identify data anomalies and assist in data clean up. 
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Support new acquisition integration workstreams for our Power BI Dashboards (onboarding, training, data integration)
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring that projects stay on track, within scope, and meet deadlines.
  • Provide regular updates to the Chief of Staff and other senior leadership regarding project status and performance metrics.

Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience utilizing and reviewing Power BI Dashboards.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and project management support.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
