Position Overview Our Client Service Representative provides general account support and customer service to an impressive roster of multinational clients. In this role you will navigate PGB’s Benefit Administration Tool to assist customers with their benefits enrollment needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support the account management team in resolving day-to-day customer inquiries and escalate issues related to eligibility and member claims
Develop and leverage knowledge of customer needs and issues to deliver world class service to our clients
Maintain accurate customer files and records for general reference and office use
Assist the account management team in managing the end-to-end process for customer interactions as well as carrier relationships for day-to-day customer issue resolution
Keep management informed of customer or carrier issues
Participate in weekly client meetings
Support the annual Open Enrollment process
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
1 year of experience in health insurance or employee benefits industry
Excellent communication and customer service skills as well as sales negotiation skills.
Life & Health License (preferred)
Must be proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Self-motivated and driven. Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines.
Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance.
The ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
