Senior Total Rewards Analyst

Overview
Reporting to WORLD’s Compensation Business Partner, this position plays a key role in the analysis, tracking, and management of important data related to compensation programs for the company.  This individual will ensure that total rewards offerings are competitive, cost-effective, compliant and aligned with business strategy.  The role involves data analysis, benchmarking, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to support decision-making and enhance employee experience.


Primary Responsibilities
Compensation

  • Conduct market analyses to inform and sustain the organization’s base pay structure and job architecture framework.
  • Support the execution of annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonus calculations, and salary reviews.
  • Oversee budget tracking and maintain internal systems to optimize workflow efficiency and scalability.
  • Operate as Project Manager for rewards programs, including quarterly reconciliations and related communications.
  • Manage the submission of annual compensation surveys and produce insightful market analysis reports.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and cross-functional HR teams to ensure seamless information sharing and alignment.
  • Develop compensation models, cost impact assessments, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making by HR and leadership.
  • Assess new and existing roles to maintain internal equity and ensure external market competitiveness.
  • Provide data management and reporting support to HR leadership, enabling informed compensation strategies
  • Partner with HRIS and Ops to integrate or improve compensation related systems.
Benefits
  • Analyze, audit, and monitor employee and employer benefit deductions across medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA/FSA, 401(k), and other voluntary benefit plans.
  • Perform regular reconciliations between HRIS, benefits administration systems, and payroll to ensure accurate deduction setup and ongoing alignment.
  • Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and HRIS teams to investigate and resolve benefit deduction discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support open enrollment, new hire, and qualifying life event processing to ensure proper deduction handling and retroactive adjustments if applicable.
  • Develop and maintain standardized reports and dashboards to track deduction accuracy, trends, and anomalies.
  • Provide insight and recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements to improve benefit deduction accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in compliance reporting, including ACA, 5500, and audits requiring deduction verification.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on deduction logic and configuration within the HRIS and payroll platforms.
  • Partner with vendors and third-party administrators to validate remittance reports and ensure proper funding.
Additional Duties:
  • Manage ongoing data audit projects.
  • Help in the preparation and on-going editing of SOPs.
  • Produce reports and analysis in a digestible format to aid HR Leadership in making informed recommendations and decisions.
  • Create, update, and revise documents as requested. Perform regular data audits to help maintain data integrity within HRIS system, Equity Management software, and Compensation software.

Qualifications
  • Must have at least 6+ years compensation and/or benefits experience or the equivalent combination of HR experience.
  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in an analytical field, Human Resources, or Finance
  • Must be able to adhere to Hybrid work schedule. (3 days in office)
  • Must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Must be an effective communicator

  • Ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Collaborative team player who can also operate independently.

Compensation 

This position is located in New Jersey. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $80,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
