Manager, Advisor Relations - Pensionmark Financial Group

Location: Remote - United States

Position Objective, Typical Duties and Responsibilities

Pensionmark Financial Group is looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Manager of Advisor Relations. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with financial advisors, consultants, or other external partners. Your primary goal is to ensure that the company's products or services are effectively communicated to and through this network. Additionally, you will be supporting the internal sales desk and assisting with special projects as needed.
  • Work closely with the Pensionmark advisors and internal client teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of operational service and deliverables. 
  • Cultivate and enhance new and existing advisor relationships through active communication with clients, processing client requests, resolving inquiries, providing guidance, and documentation.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to keep advisors informed about the company's products, services, and industry developments.
  • Onboarding support and implementation of new branches into the network.
  • Collaborate with advisors to gather feedback and insights, sharing this information with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Member of the sales desk including proposal generation, vendor relations, RFP assistance, benchmarking support, etc.
  • Proactively participate in firm initiatives directed by management.
  • Available for special projects surrounding advisor support.

Position Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, or any other business-related major is preferred (but not required).
  • FINRA Series 6, 7 or 65 preferred. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retirement plan compliance, consulting, and/or relationship management.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a remote environment.
  • Depth in retirement plan design and compliance-related issues, strong knowledge of investments and fiduciary responsibilities and procedures, and extensive understanding of retirement plan administration.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and industry trends.
  • High energy, ethical professional who demonstrates confidence, accountability, and integrity with each interaction.
  • Effectively manages and prioritizes multiple projects.
  • Experience with Envestnet, Seismic, Salesforce and Tamarac is a plus.
  • High level of professionalism, detail, integrity, discretion, and good judgement.
  • Clean Form U4 required.

Compensation 
The salary for this position generally ranges between $80,000-$92,000. This range is an estimate, based on candidate qualifications and operational needs.  The firm also has a bonus program.
